Nadine Waldron is head of our wills, probate, trusts and tax department. She was admitted as a solicitor in 1976 and is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Her areas of law are tax law, trust law and wills and probate. She has French and German as additional languages.

Catherine Hackney LI.B NP Partner - Litigation & Advocacy
Catherine Hackney is head of our litigation and advocacy department, and specialises in personal injury and accident claims. She originally qualified as a Scottish solicitor and was admitted as an English solicitor in 1994. She is a member of the Personal Injury Accreditation Scheme.

Chris Gabb B.A. Partner - Family Law
Chris Gabb is head of our family department. He was admitted as a solicitor in 1986 and is a children representative on the Children Panel Accreditation Scheme. His areas of law are children law and family law.

| Russell Tolley leads our ancillary relief team. He was admitted as a solicitor in 1986. He has many years experience with two of the recognised leading ancillary relief firms in Nottingham, and brings a wealth of experience with him.
