Nadine Waldron B.A.TEP Partner - Wills & Probate
Nadine Waldron is head of our wills, probate, trusts and tax department. She was admitted as a solicitor in 1976 and is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Her areas of law are tax law, trust law and wills and probate. She has French and German as additional languages.

Catherine Hackney Ll.B NP Partner - Litigation & Advocacy
Catherine Hackney is head of our litigation and advocacy department, and specialises in personal injury and accident claims. She originally qualified as a Scottish solicitor and was admitted as an English solicitor in 1994. She is a member of the Personal Injury Accreditation Scheme.

| Russell Tolley leads our ancillary relief team. He was admitted as a solicitor in 1986. He
joined us in 2010 and brought with him a wealth of experience
in private family law. He is a Resolution accredited
specialist in complex financial and property matters. |
| Deepa Jamal is a member of the family department and was admitted as a solicitor in 2005. Her areas of law are advocacy, children law and family law. She has Gujarati as an additional language. |
| Claire Morrey is a member of the family department and was admitted as a solicitor in March 2009. In addition she is making use of her criminal law experience by assisting with Crown Court work. |
| Carly Thornley is a member of the family department. She joined us in 2005 and studied part time for her Legal Practice Course exams, passing all stages in 2009.
After completing her formal solicitor's training contract
