Partner - Wills & Probate
Nadine Waldron is head of our wills, probate, trusts and tax department. She was admitted as a solicitor in 1976 and is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Her areas of law are tax law, trust law and wills and probate. She has French and German as additional languages.

Catherine Hackney LI.B NP
Partner - Litigation & Advocacy
Catherine Hackney is head of our litigation and advocacy department, and specialises in personal injury and accident claims. She originally qualified as a Scottish solicitor and was admitted as an English solicitor in 1994. She is a member of the Personal Injury Accreditation Scheme.

Chris Gabb B.A.
Partner - Family Law
Chris Gabb is head of our family department. He was admitted as a solicitor in 1986 and is a children representative on the Children Panel Accreditation Scheme. His areas of law are children law and family law.

| Malcolm Pattullo is responsible for our general civil litigation work. He was admitted as a solicitor in 1981. His areas of law are civil litigation, commercial litigation, debt and money advice, landlord and tenant (residential), licensing law and personal injury. |
| Russell Tolley leads our ancillary relief team. He was admitted as a solicitor in 1986. He has many years experience with two of the recognised leading ancillary relief firms in Nottingham, and brings a wealth of experience with him.
His areas of law are advocacy, children law and family law. |
| Simon Stevens is a supervisor in our criminal defence team. He was admitted as a solicitor in 2005 and is a member of the Criminal Litigation Accreditation Scheme. He specialises in criminal law. |
| Wayne Hardy is a supervisor in our criminal defence team. He was admitted as a solicitor in 2004 and is a member of the Criminal Litigation Accreditation Scheme. He specialises in criminal law. |
| Deepa Jamal is a member of the family department and was admitted as a solicitor in 2005. Her areas of law are advocacy, children law and family law. She has Gujarati as an additional language.

| Claire Morrey was admitted as a solicitor in March 2009 and is providing cover for Deepa Jamal in the Family Law department. In addition she is making use of her criminal law experience by assisting with Crown Court work.
